摘要
教师专业伦理素养是教师核心素养的重要维度。它是教师践行道德实践者角色的前提条件,能够帮助教师有效规避伦理失范行为的发生,促进学生品格的健康发展。教师专业伦理素养的养成需要唤醒教师伦理意识,鼓励教师伦理反思;构建教师专业伦理共同体,发展教师伦理文化;明确教师伦理角色定位,加强教师伦理教育;完善教师专业伦理规范,引领教师伦理发展。
Teachers’professional ethics accomplishment is an important dimension of teachers’core accomplishment.Having professional ethical literacy can help teachers to be ethical practitioners,avoid the occurrence of ethical misconduct effectively,and promote the healthy development of students’character.The cultivation of teachers’professional ethics literacy needs to arouse teachers’ethical consciousness as to encourage teachers to make ethical reflection,construct teachers’professional ethics community in order to develop teachers’ethical culture,clarify teachers’ethical role orientation as to strengthen teachers’professional ethics education,and improve teachers’professional ethics norms for guiding the development of teachers’professional ethics.
