摘要
学区化办学是优化义务教育资源配置的举措。基于上海市徐汇区教育统计数据,对义务教育资源配置水平和空间分布进行分析。研究发现,区内义务教育的供给呈现优质教育资源集中分布在北部、教师资源配置方面北部优于南部、硬件资源配置方面南部优于北部等特征,现有学区的服务范围较为局限,优质教育资源的辐射面积并未最大化。针对各校的办学质量及空间分布现状,此研究提出了优化学区服务范围、完善学区化办学的相应对策。
The district-oriented school running is an important measure to optimize the resource allocation of compulsory education.Basing on the educational statistical data,this paper analyses the spatial distribution and the level of resource allocation of compulsory education in Xuhui District of Shanghai.The study finds that high-quality educational resources are mainly distributed in northern areas which are better in collocation of teacher resources,and southern areas are better in collocation of hard-ware resources.The service scope of existing school district is so limit that the radiation range of the high-quality resources is not optimized.According to the present situation of the spatial distribution and the resource allocation of schools,we put forward concerning countermeasures to optimize the service scope of school district.
