摘要
'轮转冰'跨项跨界选材工作,是加大冰上运动后备力量培养厚度,完善冰上运动后备人才培养体系的重要举措。采用文献资料法、访谈法、比较分析等方法,研究我国'轮转冰'跨项跨界选材工作开展情况,认为我国'轮转冰'跨项跨界选材中存在着政策落实流于形式,运动员缺乏后续培养机制;项目转换理论研究处于空白阶段,尚未形成科学有效的'轮转冰'训练体系;执教能力参差不齐,教练员缺乏'双栖'训练理念等问题。提出加强政策体系建设,完善'轮转冰'跨项跨界选材后续培养机制;加强项目转换训练理论的研究,构建'轮转冰'跨项跨界选材训练体系;培养教练员'双栖'训练理念,实行教练员培训'两步走'战略等我国'轮转冰'跨项跨界选材的深化发展措施。
The cross-term talented selection for China'Turning Inline Skating into Ice Skating'work is an important measure to increase the reserve strength of ice sports and improve the training system for reserve talents on ice sports.By means of literature,interview and comparative analysis,the paper studies the development of cross-term talented selection for'Turning Inline Skating into Ice Skating'in China.It is considered that the implementation of policies is in a formalization,and the follow-up training mechanism for athletes needs to be improved;research on sports conversion theory is in a blank stage,and a scientific and effective'Turning Inline Skating into Ice Skating'training system has not been formed;coaching ability is uneven,and coaches lack the concept of'amphibious'training.Proposing to strengthen the policy system construction,improve the follow-up training mechanism for cross-term talented selection of'Turning Inline Skating into Ice Skating';strengthen the research on sports conversion training theory,build'Turning Inline Skating into Ice Skating'cross-term talented selection training system;train coaches'amphibious'training concept,the implementation of coaches training'two-step'strategy,such as China’s'Turning Inline Skating into Ice Skating'cross-term talented selection of in-depth development measures.
