摘要
2022年我国将在北京——张家口举办第24届冬奥会,要实现冬奥会的全面参赛,逐步完善梯队建设、着重培养新鲜血液以及做好后备人才的选拔培养则是急需面对的首要工作。对我国冬季项目人才发展现状进行分析,提出体教结合,与国际、社会团体的合作共建,跨项、跨界选材与培养,适当改变国内比赛少年组赛制等后备人才的培养措施,旨在以2022冬奥会为良好契机,促进我国冰雪体育的全面发展。
The 24 th Winter Olympics will be held in Beijing and Zhangjiakou in China in 2022. In order to realize the full participation in the games,the first job urgently needed to face is to gradually improve echelon construction,to emphasis on the cultivation of fresh blood,do well the selection and training of reserve talents. The paper analyzes the status of Chinese winter sports talents. It puts forward some measures for developing the reserve talents as follows： to combine the training with the education,to cooperate with international and social organizations,to do across events and transboundary selection and training,to proper change the rules of domestic juvenile competition. The purpose is to advance the full development of Chinese winter sports with the good opportunity of 2022 Witner Olympics.
