摘要
速度轮滑与速度滑冰同属于体能类的竞速性运动项目,关于速度轮滑与速度滑冰后备人才跨界培养的可行性相关研究较多,并确定了二者可以通过技能迁移进行后备人才的跨界培养。该文采用文献资料、实地访谈和对比分析的研究方法,对比赛类型和规则、动作技能和基本姿势、训练方式和比赛战术进行深入分析,并探讨了二者以跨界培养为目标的教学实践中可能遇到的困境,针对二者后备人才跨界培养的可行性和实施困境,提出了单向互补、资源协同和联盟发展的具体策略,期望能够提高两项运动的人才储备,提高竞技体育水平。
Speed roller skating and speed skating belong to the same category of physical racing sports.There are many relevant studies on the feasibility of cross-boundary training of speed roller skating and speed skating reserve talents,and it is confirmed that the two can be cross-boundary training of reserve talents through skill transfer.Uses the literature material,field interviews and comparative analysis of research methods,and rules for the game type,motor skills and basic posture,training methods and analyzing the competition tactics,and discusses the two aimed at cross-border culture teaching practice may encounter difficulties,for both the feasibility of the reserve talents of transboundary training and implement difficulties,puts forward the one-way complement each other,resource synergy and concrete strategy of the development of the alliance,expect to improve the two sports talent reserves,raise the level of competitive sports.
