摘要
高职本科对学生工作具有更高的内在要求。与高职专科相比,高职本科学生工作的模式、队伍、侧重点等均不相同。高职本科学生管理工作的基本策略应当是多层次、分阶段制定学生成长目标,采取轻管理、强服务的学生工作模式,开展重实践、抓特色的学生实践工作。
Students management of higher vocational bachelor should be carried out in high standard. Compared with college students, the work model, personnel and emphasis of student management of higher vocational bachelor are different. The basic strategy vocational bachelor is multilevel, grading growth object plan. The of student management of higher working model is light management and strong service. The working practice is stressing practice and grasping characteristics.
