摘要
本文以不同田径项目运动员为研究对象,将核心力量训练引入日常的训练中,研究其在下肢反应力中的促进作用。采用实验法,利用3种跳跃(半蹲跳SJ,下蹲跳MJS和跳深DJ)的短程和非短程反应力量进行检测。实验结果表明,在不同田径运动项目中,运动员的短程和非短程反应力量具有明显差异。通过核心力量的不同项目实验组运动员,其反应力量均得到了一定的提升,说明核心力量对于田径运动员的素质和技能具有显著的影响,应按照不同田径项目中运动员的特长以及训练特点,进行一定核心力量训练,改善下肢反应力量,提高竞技水平。
In this paper, the core strength training is performed according to the different field strength athletes, which to study the impact of the reaction force of lower limbs. Using experiment - comparison method, adopting measurement of three types of jump ( SJ, MJS and D J) to investigate the short -range and non -short -range reaction force. The research results show that in the different field strength sports, the short - range and non - short - range reaction force of athletes have obvious difference. Through the core strength training, the reaction force of athletes in the experiment groups have been improved in different de- grees. So it indicate that the core strength have significant influence on athletes reaction force. It should take appropriate methods of core strength training according to the different i- tem athlete projects and training characteristics, which will improve the low limbs reaction force and the competitive level.
