摘要
目的:制作功能性腹泻脾虚证动物模型。方法:复制功能性腹泻疾病模型(高乳糖饲料喂养)、脾虚证证候模型(水环境小平台站立法),并制作功能性腹泻脾虚证病证结合动物模型(高乳糖饲料加水环境小平台站立法)。结果:高乳糖饲料喂养及水环境小平台站立法动物模型皆可出现神疲、毛发不泽等症状,但高乳糖饲料喂养法大鼠乏力症状不明显,水环境小平台站立法大鼠腹泻症状不明显,高乳糖饲料加小平台站立法动物便溏、神疲乏力、毛发疏松不泽、耳色淡,体重增加缓慢,血清淀粉酶活性降低,乳酸含量增加,尿D-木糖排泄率降低。结论:高乳糖饲料结合水环境小平台站立法可以成功制作出功能性腹泻脾虚证动物模型。
Objective : To produce functional diarrhea spleen deficiency syndrome animal model. Method : we copied functional diarrhea disease models ( high lactose diet ), spleen deficiency syndrome model ( stand on small platform with water environment ) and producted the functional diarrhea spleen deficiency syndrome combined animal model ( high lactose diet plus stand on small platform with water environment. Result : Rats with high lactose diet and stand on small platform with water environment appeared weary, lusterless fur and other symptoms, hut fatigue in rats fed high lactose was not obviously, and diarrhea was not obvious in the rats which standing on small platform with water environment. High-lactose diet plus stand on a small platform with water environment animals loose stools, weary, fatigue, lusterless fur, ears pale, weight gain slowly, serum amylase activity decreased, lactic acid content increased, urinary D-xylose excretion rate reduced. Conclusion: Combined with high lactose diet and standing on small platform witn water environment can make successful functional diarrhea spleen deficiency syndrome animal model.
