摘要
功能性腹泻(Functional diarrhea,FD)发病机制尚不完全明确,现代医学尚无行之有效的治疗方法,中医辨证治疗有一定的优势。参苓白术散为经典中医健脾方剂,具有健脾益气,渗湿止泻的作用。唐旭东教授认为,FD以脾虚为病机根本,脾虚湿盛为病机关键,治疗时应明确病机演变规律,治病求本,以"通"为用,健脾益气,故临床辨证选用参苓白术散加减治疗FD,取得了良好的治疗效果。
The pathogenesis of functional diarrhea is not completely clear.Modern medicine has no effective treatment method.The syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has some advantages.Shenling Baizhu Powder is a traditional Chinese medicine prescription for invigorating spleen and tonifying Qi,eliminating dampness and stopping diarrhea.Professor TANG believes that the root cause of functional diarrhea isspleen deficiency and the key to pathogenesis is dampness due to spleen deficiency.It has good therapeutic effect to clarify the evolution law of pathogenesis,to seek and treat the root cause of the disease,to use dredging method,to strengthen spleen and invigorate Qi,and to select Shenling Baizhu Powder for the treatment of functional diarrhea.
