摘要
青少年足球人才培养对我国足球运动发展起着至关重要的作用,可以说没有优秀青少年足球人才的不断涌现,就不可能有中国足球的未来。研究的目的就是要发现、分析我国青少年足球人才培养过程中的问题,并寻求解决的方法和出路。研究通过文献资料法、实地调查法,以我国青少年足球人才培养为主要研究对象展开研究。研究结果得知,教育视角下的我国青少年足球人才培养问题主要体现在:教育培养目标单一,人文教育关怀缺失,文化教育匮乏,社会化教育缺位等方面。将青少年足球人才培养的主要场所放在学校可以有效弥补出现的问题,随着校园足球整体竞赛、组织水平的提高,它在未来一定会成为我国青少年足球人才培养的重要渠道。研究结论认为青少年足球人才培养的实质是一种教育活动,只有按照教育发展的规律去从事足球教学训练活动,中国足球才会有长足的进步。
The cultivation of youth football talents plays a vital role in the development of Chinese football. It can be said that without the continuous emergence of outstanding youth football talents,there can be no future of Chinese football. The purpose of the study was to find and analyze the problems in the process of cultivating youth football talents in China,and to seek solutions and ways out. The methods of literature review and field investigation were used in this study. The results showed that: From the perspective of education,the cultivation of young soccer talents in China is mainly reflected in the following aspects: the single education goal,the lack of humanistic education care,the lack of cultural education,the absence of social education and so on. Placing the main place for training youth football talents in schools can effectively remedy the problems. With the improvement of the overall competition and organizational level,school football will become an important channel for training youth football talents in the future. Conclusion: The essence of youth football talent training is an educational activity.Only by engaging in football teaching and training activities according to the law of educational development,can Chinese football make great progress.
