摘要
作为产教融合主体之一,企业参与校企合作的态度及程度对工程师的培养质量有很大影响,而企业参与积极性不高是目前我国高等教育发展面对的重要问题。本文通过调查,在分析校企合作的制约因素的基础上,利用实物期权的研究框架,引入人力资本期权试图解决参与培养企业的经济补偿机制问题,从而提高企业参与培养工程师的积极性,提高产教融合效率,进而对社会整体人力资本的价值提升起到一定的推动作用。
As one of the main bodies of the integration of production andeducation,the enterprises attitude towards and degree of participation in the school-enterprise cooperation have great influence on the quality of engineer training.At present,enterprises lack enthusiasm in participation,which is the main problem in the development of higher education in China.Based on the analysis of the restrictive factors of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper adopts the framework of real options and introduces the concept of human capital option to solve the problem of economic compensation mechanism of the participating companies,so as to encourage enterprises to participate in the cultivation of engineers,improve the efficiency of the integration of production and education,and promote the overall value increase of social human capital.
