摘要
在加速推进中国特色高水平高职教育向前发展背景下,政府出台制度政策组合,决心深化产教融合与协同育人,但企业参与校企合作培养人才积极性不高,一直困扰我国职业院校教育发展。高职建筑类教师基于专业发展的需求,建立与企业的紧密联系并创造效益,奠定深厚的企业基础,通过专业教师的纽带和桥梁作用,在校企产教协同育人方面进行了实践与探索,研究构建了基于校企利益共同体的产教协同育人机制。
Under the background of accelerating the development of high-level higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics,the government issued a series of systems and policies to deepen the integration of industry and education and collaborative education.However,the fact that the enthusiasm of enterprises for participation in cooperation with higher vocational colleges in training personnel was not high has been troubling the development of vocational colleges in China.Based on the needs of the professional development,the teachers of architecture major in higher vocational colleges established close contact with enterprises and created benefit,which laid a profound enterprise foundation.With the professional teachers as the bond and bridge between enterprises and higher vocational colleges,this paper has carried on the exploration and practice of collaborative education between the enterprises and colleges and studied how to construct a collaborative education system between them based on their common interests.
