摘要
技术进步对碳排放的影响受到了越来越多的关注,本文利用1978-2008年的数据,采用DEA-Malmquist指数法测算了中国全要素生产率,并以其作为技术进步的指标,运用向量误差修正模型检验了技术进步和中国碳排放的关系。结果表明,技术进步与碳排放之间存在长期均衡关系,长期内技术进步可以减少碳排放,而短期内技术进步对碳排放没有明显作用。
The effect of technological change on carbon dioxide emission has received more and more attention. Based on the data from 1978 to 2008, this paper examines the relationship between technological change and China's carbon diox- ide, using the DEA - Malmquist index method to estimate China's TFP, which is taken as the indicators of technological change. The results implies that there exists long term equilibrium relationship between technological change and carbon dioxide emission, in the long run, the technological change can reduce carbon dioxide emission, but in the short run, it has no evident effect on carbon dioxide emission.
