摘要
基于2005—2020年中国工业数据,建立向量自回归(VAR)模型,运用脉冲响应、方差分析,从研发投入规模、效率以及结构3个维度,更全面地研究了工业研发投入与碳排放的动态关系。研究发现:扩大工业研发投入规模的降碳效果不显著,其碳减排效率有待提升;提高研发效率能够降低碳排放,但研发成果与碳减排工作的融合度较低;增加高耗能行业研发投入的减排效果不明显,而中低耗能行业研发投入的扩大对碳排放有抑制作用。
Based on China’s industrial data from 2005—2020,a vector autoregressive(VAR)model is established and impulse response and variance analysis are applied to study the dynamic relationship between industrial R&D investment and carbon emissions in three dimensions:scale,efficiency and structure of R&D investment.It is found that:the carbon reduction effect of expanding the scale of industrial R&D investment is not significant,and its carbon emission reduction efficiency needs to be improved;improving R&D efficiency can reduce carbon emissions,but the integration of R&D results with carbon emission reduction efforts is low;the emission reduction effect of increasing R&D investment in high-energy-consuming industries is not obvious,while the expansion of R&D investment in medium-and low-energy-consuming industries has a suppressive effect on carbon emissions.
