摘要
为对拮抗菌株HBL-26的发酵培养基进行优化,通过正交试验设计对发酵液的4个单因子进行优化筛选,经软件分析后确定发酵培养基最佳配方为:葡萄糖6g.L-1、牛肉膏14g.L-1、NaCl 6g.L-1、MnSO40.05g.L-1。同时,得到回归方程:Y=5.34 X1-1.72 X2+14.44 X3-6.43 X4+8.35,其标准差S=14.23;F=4.202;显著值Sig.=0.019<0.05。最后通过单因子试验对菌株HBL-B26的发酵条件进行了优化,确定的最优培养条件为:培养基初始pH 8、发酵温度30℃、发酵最佳时间为48h。
In order to optimize the fermentation culture medium of HBL-26,four single factors were selected by the orthogonal design.The optimum medium was glucose 6g.L-1,beef extract14g.L-1,NaCl 6g.L-1 and MnSO 4 0.05g.L-1.The regression model was obtained Y=5.34 X 1-1.72 X 2 +14.44 X 3-6.43 X 4 +8.35,S= 14.23;F=4.202;Sig=0.0190.05.Four factors were tested to increase the antibiotics yield by single-factor test method.The result showed that the optimum process parameters were initial pH was 8.0,culture temperature was 30℃and the best fermentation time was 48h.
