摘要
目的:为微生物与表面活性剂组方应用于土壤修复提供数据支持。方法:从土壤样品中分离出土壤修复菌株,与表面活性剂组方做配伍试验;联合应用于农田种植,检测土壤修复前后营养水平的变化。结果:在土壤中分离出3种土壤修复菌株,经鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和侧孢芽孢杆菌;经过试验,3种菌株与表面活性剂鼠李糖脂和蔗糖脂可以配伍组方;经过农田应用试验确定1种土壤修复剂最佳使用方案。结论:微生物和表面活性剂联合组方可明显提高土壤营养水平,促进土壤修复。
Objective:To provide data support for the application of microorganism and surfactant in soil remediation.Methods:Strains for soil remediation were isolated from soil samples,and compatibility test was performed with surfactant;After applied to farmland planting,the changes of nutrition level before and after soil remediation were detected.Results:Three strains for soil remediation were isolated from the soil,which were identified as Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus lateralis;after test,they were compatible with the surfactant rhamnolipid and sucrose lipid;through the field application test,the best usage plan was determined.Conclusion:The combination of microorganism and surfactant could improve soil nutrition level and promote soil remediation obviously.
