摘要
经优化筛选,选择聚氨酯泡沫(HP)为载体,在p H值为7.0,温度36℃,转速240 r/min因素下,研究优化了吸附法一级种子固定化的培养条件,结论是40 m L培养基装0.3 g载体(约为30片HP片)培养14 h。在此基础上对二级种子固定化的培养时间进行了优化,结论是5 h,相比一级固定化,二级固定化性能明显增加。
Choosing polyurethane foam(HP) as the carrier after optimal screening, studying and optimizing theculture conditions of adsorption method D-ribose level one seeds immobilization, in the factors that p H value of 7.0,temperature 36 ℃, the rotation rate of shaking table 240 r/min. The result is 40 ml culture medium, installed 0.3 gcarrier(about 30 piece of HP piece) and cultured 14 h. Based on this, optimized the culture time of level two seedsimmobilization,the conclusion is 5 h, compared with level one immobilization,level two immobilization obviouslyimproves the features.
