摘要
为了明确生防菌株BL-21的分类地位和发酵液中的有效成分,对其进行了鉴定,并对其发酵液的抑菌谱和稳定性进行了测定。结果表明,该菌株为侧孢芽孢杆菌Bacillus laterosporus;其发酵液对全部供试植物病原真菌均有抗菌活性;发酵液中的抗菌活性物质对热和蛋白酶敏感,100℃10min、酶解37℃120min活性丧失;从菌株BL-21的发酵液中分离得到四种抗菌物质,均具有抗革兰氏阳性菌的活性,其中A组分和B组分还对植物病原真菌有抑制作用。
The antifungal bacterium BL-21 was identified to ascertainment its classification position, while the antagonistic spectrum and stability of its fermentation liquid was studied to separate its active product. Result showed that BL-21 was a strain of Bacillus laterosporus, its fermentation liquid had antagonistic activity to all of the candidate plant pathogenic fungi. The active product was sensitive to protease and heat, the activity lost when heated at 100 ℃ for 10 min and enzymolysised with protease at 37℃ for 120 min. Four antibacterial materials were separated from the fermentation liquid. All of them had antagonistic activity to the gram positive bacteria, among them components A and B had antagonistic activity to plant pathogenic fungi.
