摘要
                
                    校本研修概念的提出不仅是对中小学教师继续教育认识和实践的深化,也是对校本培训的继承与超越.校本研修是以形成学校特色和教师专业发展需要为目标,以教师面临的实际问题为中心,以自主研修为基本方式的学习、研究、实践一体化的教师专业发展行动.从"研究是教师职业生活的基本方式"的理念出发,把"为教师专业发展搭建平台"作为校本研修的基本价值取向,并据此着重分析和设计实施校本培训、组织校本研修的几个关键环节.
                
                The concept of school-based research is not only the deepening of the further education for primary and middle school teachers,but the inheritance from the school-based training.The goal for school-based research is teacher development,the center is the teachers' practical problem,and the method is autonomous study.The school-based research can be started from the concept that research is the basic part of teachers' professional life,and the value for the research is to set up the stage for the teachers' professional development.
