摘要
                
                    校本培训是"以校为本"的教师继续教育活动,其实质是"以教师为本"。它以促进教师专业发展、形成学校特色为宗旨,以问题为中心,是学习、研究、实践的统一。校本培训有利于改变教师在培训中的"被动"地位,有效促进教师主动发展。针对当前"校本培训"存在的"低效现象",必须把校本培训与教师的自主研修结合起来,走研训一体的道路,提高校本培训的实效性。
                
                School - based training has three notable features: conducting continuing "teacher - oriented" education activities for teachers; promoting the professional "School - based" development of teachers, possessing the unity of study, research and practice. School - based training is conducive to change the "passive" position of teachers in the training; and it also promotes the teachers to play an initiative role effectively. In view of the current "inefficient phenomenon" in "school - based training", we must combine the school - based waining with the teachers' own study and take the road of integration, finally to improve the effectiveness of school - based training.
