摘要
改革开放以来多种形式的公共服务改革不断在实践创新中推进,并产生了重要影响。本文认为,公共服务创新主要包括主体创新、政策创新以及技术和方法创新。公共服务创新的动力机制是多方面的,在某些因素的作用和影响下,公共服务创新也会失败。公共服务创新是一个系统的工程,既要有清晰的理念,也要有具体可行的措施。
The innovation of Public Service booms in the late twenty years. This article points out that the innovation of public service including provider innovation, policy innovation and technology innovation. The driving forces of innovation are complicated, and it may fail in certain situation. The innovation of public service is a systematic project, which needs not only the explicit idea, but also practicable measures.
