摘要
目的观察旋覆代赭汤及其拆方对反流性食管炎(RE)模型大鼠环氧合酶-2(COX-2)表达的影响。方法将90只Wistar大鼠留取10只为正常对照组(正常组),其余80只行"食管十二指肠端侧吻合术"后,随机分为6组,即模型组、旋覆代赭汤全方组(全方组)、辛开中药治疗组(辛开组)、甘补中药治疗组(甘补组)、咸降中药治疗(咸降组)、西药对照组(西药组),连续给药21天后,观察各组大鼠食管黏膜COX-2的表达情况。结果与正常组比较,模型组、辛开组、甘补组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,除辛开组外,其他各用药组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与西药组比较,辛开组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与全方组比较,辛开组、甘补组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与辛开组比较,甘补组、咸降组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与甘补组比较,咸降组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论旋覆代赭汤全方组、咸降中药治疗组药物可抑制细胞中的环氧合酶-2表达,逆转模型大鼠食管黏膜组织形态学病变,且作用优于辛开组、甘补组药物。
Objective To observe the effects of ＂Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction＂ and its decomposed prescription on Cyclooxygenase-2（COX-2） in rats of mixed reflux esophagitis.Methods Ten rats were enrolled in normal group.After esophagoduodenostomy,another eighty rats were randomly divided into six groups： model group,＂Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction＂ group,pungent herbs group,supplement herbs group,descend herbs group and western medicine group,and all groups were treated for 21 days continuously.The COX-2 expression in esophageal tissues was observed.Results Compared with normal group,the differences in model group,pungent herbs group and supplement herbs group were significant respectively;compared with model group,the differences in the other groups,except pungent herbs group,were all significant;compared with ＂Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction＂ group,the differences in pungent herbs group and supplement herbs group were significant;compared with pungent herbs group,the differences in supplement herbs group and descend herbs group were significant;compared with supplement herbs group,the differences in descend herbs group were significant.Conclusion ＂Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction＂ group and descend herbs group can inhibit the COX-2 expression in esophageal membrane and reverse the esophageal mucosa diseases,with better therapeutic effect in ＂Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction＂ group than in pungent herbs group and supplement herbs group.
