摘要
[目的]观察食管康颗粒治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效。[方法]将120例胃食管反流病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组给予食管康颗粒治疗,对照组给予奥美拉唑和多潘立酮治疗,两组均给药8周。疗程结束后,对所选用指标进行测定。[结果]治疗组在改善胃食管反流病症状、中医证候、胃镜改变、生活质量、复发率明显优于对照组。[结论]食管康颗粒治疗胃食管反流病在临床症状学、证候学、胃镜改变、患者生活质量改善以及减少复发率等方面具有明显疗效,且远期疗效稳定,未见毒副作用,有一定的临床应用价值。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Shiguankang granule on gastroesophageal reflux.[Methods] The 120 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with sixty cases in each group.The treatment group was given with Shiguankang granule for 8 weeks,while the control group with Omeprazole and Domperidone for the same time.After treatment,the selected indexes were determined.[Results] The improving of GERD symptoms,TCM syndrome,gastroscope change,quality of life and the recurrence rate in treatment group were obviously superior than those in control group.[Conclusion] Shiguankang granule has obvious curative effect in treating GERD for improving the clinical symptoms,syndrome,gastroscope change,life quality and for reducing the recurrence rate etc.The efficacy in long term is also stable without side effects.The drug has some certain clinical application value.
