本文阐述低聚异麦芽糖的质量指标和当前产品质量问题,研究如何在改进工艺、完善设备基础上提高产品质量。
This paper expounds the problems of quality standards of isomaltooligosacchride. It also discuss how we to enhance its quality by improve the process and equipments consummated.
