摘要
就低聚异麦芽糖的生理功能及其在食品、医疗保健和饲料等领域中的应用进行了综述。
Isomaho oligosaccharide has strong physiological function. Isomalto oligosaccharide＇s physiological function and the application in food ,medical care and forage field were introduced in this paper.
