摘要
为了便于女大学生针对性的选择等级健美操改善身体成分,合理健身,该文以三明学院2007级健美操选修班36名女大学生为研究对象,并随机分为3组,分别进行三、四、五级等级健美操锻炼16周。采用身体成分分析仪对实验前后的3组女大学生的身体成分指标进行了测试,对测试结果进行对比T检验。研究结果表明,三级操锻炼对女大学生单纯减脂效果最佳;四级操锻炼是女大学生BM I指数都趋向合理的首选;五级操锻炼对女大学生增加瘦体重效果最佳。减脂效果与《标准》等级呈负相关关系,增加瘦体重与《标准》等级呈正相关。
In order to facilitate female college students to select different grade of aerobics to conduct effective exercise and improve their body potential,this paper classifies randomly 36 female college students from Aerobics Elective Classes of Grade 2007 into three groups,and let each group practice the third,fourth or fifth grade of aerobics exercise respectively for 16 weeks.Body composition analyzer is used before and after the experiment in testing body components of each group,and Compared T Test is carried out on these testing results.As a result,to the female college students,the third aerobic exercise has an effort in simple fat reducing;the fourth aerobics exercise is the first choice to make BMI index proper;the fifth aerobics exercise works effectively in increasing lean body mass.Hence,effects of fat reduction has a negative correlation to the exercise grade in the "Standard",while the increase of lean body mass has a positive correlation to the exercise grade in the "Standard".
