有氧运动干预对女大学生身体成分的影响

摘要 选取合肥师范学院20名身体健康且无疾病的大三学生为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组(10名)和实验组(10名);实验组进行8周的有氧运动干预.每周3次,每次70 min,对照组进行正常的体育活动.实验前、后分别测试受试者身体成分的各项指标,分析有氧运动对大学生身体成分的影响.经过8周有氧运动干预后,两组学生的身高无差异性变化,体重明显降低,骨骼肌量含量明显增加,组间检验差异显著(P<0.05);BMI、体脂肪和体脂百分比降低非常明显,组间检验差异非常显著(P<0.01).结果表明:长时间有规律的有氧运动干预能消耗体内脂肪、降低体重、促进骨骼肌的增长,能改善女大学生的身体成分,促进身体健康. Twenty healthy and disease-free junior female students from Hefei Normal University were randomly divided into control group(n=10)and experimental group(n=10).The experimental group received aerobic exercise intervention for 70 minutes three times a week for 8 weeks.The control group underwent normal physical activity.Before and after the experiment,the body composition of the subjects was tested,and the effect of aerobic exercise on the body composition of college students was analyzed.Results:after 8 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention,there was no difference in height between the two groups,body weight was significantly decreased,and skeletal muscle content was significantly increased(P<0.05).BMI,body fat and body fat percentage decreased significantly,with significant differences between groups(P<0.01).The results showed that long-term regular aerobic exercise intervention can consume body fat,reduce body weight,promote the growth of skeletal muscle,improve the body composition of female college students and promote their physical health.
