摘要
介绍了响应面法的原理和实验设计的方法,并对其在优化发酵培养基中的应用做了详细的综述。
In this paper, the principle and the method of experimental design of the response surface method（RSM）were introduced, and their applications in optimization fermentation medium were summarized detailedly.
