摘要
本文从宏观、微观、纵向、横向四个维度,通过政策文本分析,对我国高等教育管理体制变迁中权力结构演化进行了探讨。我国高等教育管理权力结构演化具有非线性和非均衡性特点,四维权力结构在演化中具有显著相关性。权力结构演化属于一种强制性制度变迁,中国共产党在权力结构演化中处于核心地位。
The paper discusses power structure evolution in the transformation of Chinese＇s higher education administration system by policies text analysis according to macroscopical, microcosmic, lengthways and transverse dimensionalties. Power atructure evolution hass nonlinear and nonequilibrium charactistics. Four dimension power structures existing obiviously correlate one another. Power structure evolution is a kind of compelling institutional transformation. The Chinese Communist Party plays a core role in power structure evolution.
