摘要
目的研究中药牛膝的三萜皂苷化学成分。方法采用大孔树脂、硅胶、ODS柱色谱分离纯化,经理化常数、光谱学方法鉴定结构。结果分离鉴定了2个酸性皂苷,结构分别为3-O-(3″-羧甲氧基-3-氧丙酮酸-3′-缩醛-4′-半缩酮)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸基齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(牛膝皂苷Ⅲ,achyranthosideⅢ,1)和齐墩果酸3-O-(3″-羧甲氧基-3-氧丙酮酸-3′-缩醛-4′-半缩酮)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷(牛膝皂苷Ⅳ,achyranthosideⅣ,2)。结论两者均为首次从牛膝中得到。
Aim Isolation and structural elucidation of the triterpenoid saponins of Achyranthes bientata B1. Methods Solvent extraction and column chromatography were used to isolate the triterpenoid saponins, and physico-chemical constants and spectroscopic analysis were employed for structural elucidation. Result Two saponins were isolated, and their structures were elucidated to be 3-O-(3″-carboxymethoxy-3-oxopyruvicacid-3′-acetal-4′-semi-ketal)-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(achyranthoside Ⅲ, 1 ) and oleanolic acid 3- O- (3″-carboxymethoxy-3-oxopyruvic acid-3′-acetal-4′-semi-ketal)-β-D-glu-curonopyranoside(achyranthoside Ⅳ, 2). Conclusion They are both isolated from Achyranthes bientata B1. for the first time.
