摘要
高明利教授从事临床类风湿关节炎诊疗工作数十年,注重气阴两虚在类风湿关节炎伴冠心病心绞痛发病中的作用,总结其基本病机为本虚标实,本虚以气阴两虚为本,标实以痰浊、血瘀为根,虚实往往相互兼夹,提出以益气养阴为主,辅以活血化痰的基本治则,并基于古方四神煎合生脉散,随症加减运用,不仅能有效减轻类风湿关节炎伴冠心病心绞痛患者的诸多症状,同时也可以预防西药引起的各种不良反应,临证疗效显著,为中医治疗类风湿关节炎伴冠心病心绞痛提供了新思路,值得学者深入学习与运用。
Professor GAO Mingli has been engaged in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis for decades,paying attention to the role of deficiency of both Qi and Yin in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis complicated with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,summing up the basic pathogenesis of this disease,which is based on deficiency of both Qi and Yin,and based on phlegm turbidity and blood stasis,deficiency and reality are often mixed with each other.He put forward the basic treatment principle of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,supplemented by invigorating blood and eliminating phlegm,and based on the ancient prescription of Sishen Decoction and Shengmai Powder,it can be added and subtracted with symptoms.It can not only effectively alleviate many symptoms of patients with rheumatoid arthritis complicated with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,but also prevent various adverse reactions caused by western medicine,with remarkable clinical curative effect.It provides a new idea for treating rheumatoid arthritis complicated with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with traditional Chinese medicine,which is worthy of further study and application by scholars.
