摘要
目的 :研究河南省武陟县怀牛膝水溶性部分的化学成分。方法 :色谱等方法分离纯化 ,理化性质和光谱方法鉴定化学成分。结果 :分离并鉴定了 7个化合物 ,分别为正丁基吡喃果糖苷 (Ⅰ ) ,尿囊素 (Ⅱ ) ,齐墩果酸(Ⅲ ) ,3 O (β D 吡喃葡萄糖醛酸 ) 齐墩果酸 2 8 O (β D 吡喃葡萄糖 ) (Ⅳ ) ,蜕皮甾酮 (Ⅴ ) ,谷氨酸 (Ⅵ ) ,3 O (β D 吡喃葡萄糖 ) 齐墩果酸 2 8 O (β D 吡喃葡萄糖 ) (Ⅶ )。 结论 :Ⅲ~Ⅶ化合物为首次自该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the water-soluble chemical constituents in root of Achyranthes bidentata. Method: The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and the structures were elucidated by the NMR spectra and physico-chemical properties. Result: Seven compounds were obtained and identified as n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside (Ⅰ), oleanoic acid (Ⅱ), 3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl], oleanoic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅲ), allantoin (Ⅳ), 20-hydroxy ecdysone (Ⅴ), glutamic acid (Ⅵ), 3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl], oleanoic acid 28-O-β-D- glucopyranosyl ester (Ⅶ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅲ—Ⅶ were obtained from this plant for the first time.
