摘要
牛膝是临床常用中药之一,作为引药而著称,在高血压病的中医药治疗方面疗效确切,且具有远期的靶器官保护作用。通过对古今文献的查阅和总结,发现牛膝的引血下行功效在调控血压及靶器官保护等方面作用突出,其作用机制及临床研究仍然亟待进一步探索,具有巨大的发展空间。
Achyranthes is one of the commonly-used traditional Chinese drugs.It is known as a guiding drug and has a definite therapeutic effect in the treatment of hypertension.In addition,it has a long-term target organ protection.By reviewing and summarizing the literature from ancient times to the present,it is found that the lowering effect of the bloodletting of Achyranthes has prominent effects on regulating blood pressure and target organ protection.Its mechanism and clinical research still need to be further explored,and has huge development space.
