摘要
目的:观察加减玉女煎治疗胃热阴虚型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将80例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为对照组(n=40)和治疗组(n=40),对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组给予常规治疗+加减玉女煎治疗,对比治疗前后两组患者的中医证候积分,检测空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血肌酐(Scr)、24h尿蛋白定量(24hUPQ)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)。结果:治疗组总有效率(82.5%)高于对照组(65.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医证候积分均有一定程度降低(P<0.05),治疗组降低幅度较对照组更大(P<0.05);治疗后两组FBG、PBG、HbA1c、Scr、24hUPQ、hs-CRP、IL-6水平均有降低(P<0.05),治疗组降低幅度较对照组更大(P<0.05);两组均未出现不良反应。结论:加减玉女煎治疗胃热阴虚型糖尿病肾病患者有一定的临床疗效,有降低炎症水平的作用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Yunv Decoction in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease with deficiency of stomach heat and yin.Methods:80 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomLy included in the control group(n=40)and the treatment group(n=40).The control group received conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with conventional treatment and modified Yunv Decoction.Comparing the TCM syndrome score before and after the treatment,detecting of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 hpostprandial blood glucose(PBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c),serum creatinine(Scr),24-hour urine protein quantification(24 hUPQ),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and recording adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate(82.5%)of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(65.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were reduced(P<0.05),and the degree of reduction in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,FBG,PBG,HbA1 c,Scr,24 hUPQ,hs-CRP,and IL-6 levels in in both groups were reduced(P<0.05),the degree of reduction in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:Modified Yunv Decoction has a certain clinical effect in treating patients with diabetic kidney disease with gastric heat and yin deficiency,and has the effect of reducing inflammation.
