摘要
本文从学术、教学艺术及技术层面,探讨如何开展大学英语团队建设,从而探索大学英语教师互动发展的新模式。从学术方面,主张以教师合作为平台,重新建构英语教师的知识体系;从教学方面,以教师反思与实践活动为中介,通过情感互动与认知互动,实现团队成员的共同成长。从技术实现角度,积极开展信息技术与英语教学资源的整合研究,提升大学英语教师的信息指导能力和信息驾驭能力。
To explore a new Interactive development model of college English teachers,we carry out the construction of college English team from the academic,artistic and technical aspects of teaching,From the academic side,we advocates regarding teachers collaboration as a platform to re-construct knowledge of English teachers;from teaching aspect,we take teachers'reflective activities as intermediary,through emotional and cognitive interaction,the team members achieve common development.From the technology point of view,We actively integrate information technology with English resources to enhance the ability to guide and control information
