摘要
                
                    教师专业学习共同体是促进外语教师专业发展的有效途径.以活动理论为视角,用活动系统分析法探究某高校外语教师“行动研究”共同体的发展维度、过程和影响因素.并运用该方法弥合活动系统内部以及相邻活动系统间的矛盾和张力,优化共同体发展,从而提高学生学习成效,促进教师专业成长,为今后外语教师学习共同体的建设提供借鉴.
                
                Professional Learning Community has been an effective way to promote professional teacher development,to enhance teacher knowledge and teaching practice.Using the activity theory as theoretical schemata and activity analysis as a method,this paper explores how and in what aspects one"action research"professional learning community in a foreign language university develops and is influenced.Additionally,this paper probes into the process of overcoming the contradictions in and between the activity systems and its positive effects on promoting student achievement and teaching practice.The findings have some implications for the establishment of professional learning communities of college English teachers.
