摘要
教育部于2018年8月提出的"金课"建设推动了课程设置改革.地方应用高校也改革了大学英语课程设置与教学形式,如课程内容、上课方式及师生互动等都发生了变化.以慕课为代表的线上教学、混合式教学蓬勃发展,大学英语拓展课程如雨后春笋般出现.但教师是课程建设的核心与教学改革的实施者,新的课程设置是否给教师能力带来了挑战?是否也意味着教师发展的机会?文章将从新课程设置为教师教学能力带来的挑战及教师发展路径两个方面进行探讨.
The“Golden Class”proposed by the Ministry of Education in August 2018 has promoted the reform of the curriculum.The college English curriculum and teaching methods,such as teaching content,teaching methods,and teacher-student interaction have transformed in local applied colleges and universities.Online teaching and blended teaching represented by MOOC are booming,and college English extension courses have sprung up.However,teachers are the core of curriculum construction and the implementers of teaching reform.Does the new curriculum challenge teachers’abilities?Does it also mean opportunities for teacher development?This article will focus on the challenges brought by the new curriculum to teachers’teaching ability and the model of teacher development.
