摘要
我国大学英语教师队伍庞大,整体专业发展仍有较大提升空间。面对飞速发展的现代教育技术,大学英语教师的发展问题,尤其是信息化教学能力问题亟待提高。本文从最近15年的大学英语信息化教学改革角度出发,分析大学英语教师在教育现代化条件下面临的机遇和挑战,努力挖掘促进我国大学英语教师信息化教学能力提升的内在和外在发展环境,提出促进大学英语教师信息化教学能力提升的对策,建议设立针对性强的国家大学英语教师教育数字教科研资源平台,基层院校创建大学英语教师发展信息技术实训基地,多部门协同发展,统筹推进和加强教师个人信息化教学和科研实践探索,从而进一步提高信息化时代的大学英语教学改革成效。
Considering the huge number of college English teachers in our country,there’s much room for the improvement of its overall professional development.The rapid advance of modern educational technology has made it a matter of great urgency for the development of college English teachers,especially their informationized teaching ability.Based on the research of related essays,this paper,from the perspective of the informatization evolvement of college English teaching reform in the last fifteen years,analyses the opportunities and challenges faced by college English teachers under the conditions of educational modernization and strives to excavate the internal and external growth conditions and development environment for promoting the improvement of college English teachers’informationized teaching ability in China.Some suggestions and measures are also put forward for promoting the comprehensive quality,especially the informationized teaching ability of college English teachers,aiming at further improving the effectiveness of college English teaching reform in the information age.
