摘要
采用问卷调查法和访谈法对海南省198名高校教师进行职业倦怠现状调查,结果发现:高校教师职业倦怠累计检出率为62.1%,成就感降低是困扰高校教师的最主要因素(检出率为38.6%),其职业倦怠现状不容忽视。海南省高校教师职业倦怠在性别、年龄、职称、学历及经济收入上都存在一定的差异。可以从完善良性的社会支持系统、建立科学人性化的教育评价体系、引导个体自我心理调节三个方面来干预高校教师的职业倦怠。
To investigate job burnout status of university teachers in Hainan Province,198 university teachers were assessed by CMBI and Interview.The result shows that the cumulative incidence rates were 62.1%,and the reduced personal accomplishment is a major factors which troubled them(the incidence rates were 38.6%),so the circumstance of the university teachers' job burnout is worried.There are some different extents of job burnout in teachers with different sex,age,professional rank,education degree and economic income.The paper proposes the following countermeasures: setting up a harmonious social supporting system;building scientific and humanistic evaluation system;emphasizing psychological self-adjustment on the part of individuals.
