摘要
目的调查分析固原市中小学教师职业倦怠情况。方法整群抽取中小学教师803人,采用自编问卷和国际通用的MBI-GS进行现场调查分析。结果教师职业倦怠各维度中,高度情感衰竭者占总人数的32.00%,玩世不恭得分高者占总人数的12.83%,36.74%的被调查者认为成就感低落。在情感衰竭程度上,小学教师高于高中教师和初中教师(P=0.013,P=0.042),农村教师低于县城教师(F=4.307,P=0.038),15 a以上教龄教师高于10 a以下教龄教师(P=0.037,P=0.039)。在玩世不恭程度上,高中教师和初中教师高于小学教师(均P=0.000),农村教师高于县城教师(F=14.694,P=0.000),男性高于女性(F=4.626,P=0.032),5-10 a教龄的高于15 a以上教龄教师(P=0.022)。在成就感低落程度上,高中教师高于初中教师(P=0.001),初中教师低于小学教师(P=0.000);农村教师高于县城教师(F=5.855,P=0.016);男性高于女性(F=5.632,P=0.018);15 a以上教龄的教师高于5 a以下教龄教师(P=0.033)。结论中小学教师职业倦怠现象较为突出,小学教师、农村教师、男性教师职业倦怠较重,高教龄教师职业倦怠现象较明显。
[Objective]To investigate and analyze the job burnout among teachers in primary and secondary schools in Guyuan City. [Methods]803 primary and secondary school teachers were collected by the cluster sampling. The self-made questionnaire and international MBI-GS were applied in the field investigation and analysis. [Results]In different dimension of job burnout,32.00% of teachers had the highly emotional exhaustion, teachers with high scores of cynicism accounted for 12.83%, and 36.74%of the respondents had the reduced accomplishment. The degree of emotional exhaustion among primary school teachers was higher than that among junior and senior high school teachers(P=0.013,P=0.042),the degree of rural teachers was lower than that of county teachers(F=4.307,P=0.038),and the degree of teachers whose school age was longer than 15 years was higher than that of teachers whose school age was shorter than 10 years(P=0.037,P=0.039). The degree of cynicism among junior and senior high school teachers was higher than that among primary school teachers(both P=0.000),the degree of rural teachers was higher than that of county teachers(F = 14. 694,P = 0. 000),the degree of male teachers was higher than that of female teachers(F = 4. 626,P = 0.032),and the degree of teachers whose school age was 510 years was higher than that of teachers whose school age was longer than 15 years(P=0.022). The degree of reduced accomplishment among senior high school teachers was higher than that among junior high school teachers(P=0.001),the degree of junior high school teachers was lower than that of primary school teachers(P=0.000),the degree of rural teachers was higher than that of county teachers(F=5.855,P=0.016),the degree of male teachers was higher than that of female teachers(F=5.632,P=0.018),and the degree of teachers whose school age was longer than 15 years was higher than that of teachers whose school age was shorter than 5 years(P =0.033).[Conclusion] The primary and secondary school teachers show the serious job burnout,especially primary school teachers,rural teachers,male teachers, and teachers with longer school age.
