摘要
目的评定针灸联合康复治疗对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法随机选取湖州市吴兴区人民医院2018年3月—2020年3月接收的88例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为该次评定对象,根据随机数字表法,将所有患者分成观察与对照两组.对照组(44例)实施针灸治疗,观察组(44例)行针灸联合康复治疗,对比两组患者治疗总有效率、腰腿疼痛程度、腰椎功能、生活活动能力以及生活质量改善情况.结果治疗后与对照组比较发现,观察组患者治疗有效率更高,腰腿疼痛程度更轻微,腰椎功能恢复更好,生活活动能力以及生活质量更佳,两组患者之间的数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论将针灸联合康复治疗应用于腰椎间盘突出症患者中,可显著提高临床效果,尽快改善患者临床症状,提高患者腰椎功能和生活活动能力,建议临床推广应用.
Objective To evaluate the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 88 cases of lumbar disc herniation received by Wuxing District People's Hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly selected as the objects.According to the random number table method,all patients were divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group(44 cases)received acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,and the observation group(44 cases)received acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation treatment.The total effective rate of treatment,the degree of pain in the waist and legs,the lumbar spine function,the ability of living activities and the improvement of the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group after treatment,the observation group showed higher treatment efficiency,milder waist and leg pain,better recovery of lumbar spine function,better living activities and better quality of life,the differences were statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion The application of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment can improve the clinical effect of patients with lumbar disc herniation,improve the clinical symptoms of patients as soon as possible,improve the lumbar function and activity of life.It is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
