摘要
目的评价针灸推拿配合康复训练用于腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗中的可行性与效果,为腰椎间盘突出症患者康复治疗工作提供参考。方法选择该院2017年8月—2019年8月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者,总计104例。结合康复治疗方法,进行104例患者随机分组治疗。对照组52例患者采取康复训练治疗,康复组52例患者配合应用针灸推拿治疗,对比对照组与康复组腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗效果、日常生活能力与疼痛状况。结果康复组腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后日常生活能力、疼痛状况改善且康复组改善幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予腰椎间盘突出症患者康复训练的同时配合针灸推拿治疗可以促进患者疼痛症状、日常生活能力改善,进一步促进患者康复。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and effect of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation,and to provide reference for the rehabilitation treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods From Aagust 2017 to August 2019,104 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected.Combined with rehabilitation therapy,104 patients were randomly divided into groups.52 patients in the control group were treated with rehabilitation training,52 patients in the rehabilitation group were treated with acupuncture and massage,and compared with the control group and the rehabilitation group in the treatment effect,ability of daily life and pain.Results The total effective rate of the patients with lumbar disc herniation in the rehabilitation group was higher than that in the control group.After the treatment,the ability of daily living and the state of pain were improved,and the improvement of the rehabilitation group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation training of lumbar disc herniation patients combined with acupuncture and massage can promote the improvement of pain symptoms and ability of daily life,and further promote the rehabilitation of patients.
