摘要
目的分析腰椎间盘突出症患者采用针灸推拿结合康复训练治疗的效果。方法选取2019年5月—2020年5月该院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者80例为研究对象,用随机抽签法分为两组,每组40例。将采用推拿治疗的患者纳入对照组,将采用针灸推拿结合康复训练治疗的患者纳入观察组。对比治疗后两组患者的治疗总有效率、疼痛及肢体障碍等指标。结果观察组的治疗总有效率(95.0%)明显高于对照组(80.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的VAS评分及ODI评分均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者采用针灸推拿及康复训练综合治疗,可有效缓解患者疼痛,改善功能障碍,提升治疗疗效,效果显著。
Objective To analyze the e ffect of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods From May 2019 to May 2020,80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random drawing method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients treated with massage were included in the control group,and patients treated with acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training were included in the observation group.The total effective rate,pain and limb disorders of the two groups of patients were compared after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.0%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and ODI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of lumbar disc herniation with acupuncture and massage and rehabilitation training can effectively relieve the patient's pain,improve dysfunction,and enhance the therapeutic effect.The effect is significant.
