摘要
目的探讨康复护理结合针灸理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将2015年7月14日至2017年11月3日期间我院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为两组,对照组40例,仅采用针灸理疗;观察组40例,采用康复护理与针灸理疗联合治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛缓解时间、恢复时间与生活质量评分。结果观察组临床有效率为95%(38/40),明显高于对照组72.5%(29/40)(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛缓解时间、恢复时间、生活质量评分分别为(5.2±1.4)d、(19.4±4.2)d、(94.24±3.17)分;对照组痛缓解时间、恢复时间、生活质量评分分别为(8.3±2.1)d、(28.8±5.3)d、(83.27±2.82)分(P<0.05)。结论在腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床治疗中,采用康复护理与针灸理疗联合治疗的方式,疗效确切,能够尽快缓解患者疼痛、不适等临床症状,改善其生活质量,值得推广。
Objective to explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from July 14,2015 to November 3,2017 were divided into two groups. the control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion only. 40 cases in the observation group were treated with rehabilitation nursing and acupuncture and physiotherapy. the clinical effect,pain relief time,recovery time and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Conclusion in the clinical treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation,the use of rehabilitation nursing and acupuncture therapy combined treatment,effective,can relieve the patients pain,discomfort and other clinical symptoms,improve their quality of life,is worthy of promotion.
