摘要
目的探讨康复护理联合针灸理疗对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将78例患者腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组,对照组给予针灸理疗,实验组在对照组基础上给予康复护理,比较护理效果。结果实验组患者生活质量高于对照组,P<0.05。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者加强康复护理工作有助于提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture and physiotherapy on rehabilitation care of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 78 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups, control group was given acupuncture and physiotherapy, in the experimental group on the basis of the control group rehabilitative care, and treatments were compared. Results The experimental group patients quality of life was higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with lumbar disc herniation to strengthen rehabilitation care to help improve the therapeutic effect.
