摘要
目的探讨健脾益气方在胃癌患者术后康复治疗中的应用效果.方法选取2018年11月—2019年11月大竹县中医院收治的胃癌患者80例为研究对象,采用抽签法进行分组,分为参照组(n=40)与研究组(n=40),参照组实施营养支持治疗,研究组在此基础上使用健脾益气方,对比两组患者的恢复时间、免疫功能.结果研究组患者术后排气时间、排便时间、营养留置管时间均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组患者CD3+、CD4+/CD8+均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组治疗优良率明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论胃癌患者术后使用健脾益气方能够有效促进胃肠道功能恢复,缩短治疗时间,提高患者的免疫功能,治疗效果显著,可广泛应用于临床.
Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Yiqi recipe in rehabilitation treatment of patients with gastric cancer after operation.Methods 80 gastric cancer patients admitted to Dazhu County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as research objects.They were divided into a reference group and a research group by the lottery method,with 40 patients in each group.The reference group implemented nutritional support therapy,and the research group added Jianpi Yiqi recipe.The recovery time and immune function of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative exhaust time,defecation time and nutrition retention tube time of the research group were better than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3+and CD4+/CD8+of the study group were better than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Jianpi Yiqi recipe in patients with gastric cancer can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,shorten the treatment time,and improve the immune function of patients.The treatment effect is remarkable,and it can be widely used in clinic.
