摘要
目的 探讨自拟益气健脾方加减联合化疗药物对胃癌术后患者康复效果的影响。方法 选取2018年9月—2020年9月该院收治的92例胃癌术后患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各46例。对照组采用常规化疗药物治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用自拟益气健脾方加减治疗,持续治疗3个月。对比两组患者不良反应发生情况、免疫功能、生存质量。结果 试验组治疗期间骨髓抑制、肝肾功能损伤、胃肠道不适、血红蛋白减少、外周神经毒性发生率均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于治疗前,CD8^(+)水平均低于治疗前,且试验组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生存质量评分均高于治疗前,且试验组生存质量评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 运用自拟益气健脾方加减联合化疗药物治疗胃癌术后患者,能够减少患者化疗不良反应,改善其脾虚症状及生存质量,利于疾病预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of self-made modification and subtraction of Yiqi Jianpi recipe combined with chemotherapy drugs on the rehabilitation effect of patients with gastric cancer after surgery.Methods A total of 92 postoperative patients with gastric cancer who were treated in the hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapeutic drugs,and the experimental group was additionally treated with self-made modification and subtraction of Yiqi Jianpi recipe on the basis of the control group for 3 months.The incidence of adverse reactions,immune function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results During the treatment period,the incidences of bone marrow suppression,liver and kidney function damage,gastrointestinal discomfort,hemoglobin decrease,and peripheral neurotoxicity in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of CD8^(+)were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of self-made modification and subtraction of Yiqi Jianpi recipe combined with chemotherapy drugs in the treatment of postoperative patients with gastric cancer can reduce the adverse reactions of chemotherapy,improve the symptoms of spleen deficiency and the quality of life,and is beneficial to the prognosis of the disease.
