摘要
目的分析针灸推拿联合康复训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果.方法选取该院2017年3月—2020年7月收治的72例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按单双号将患者分成两组,对照组采用康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合针灸推拿治疗,对比两组患者的疗效.结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的72.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的疼痛缓解时间、麻木缓解时间、功能障碍缓解时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组疼痛分极指数(PRI)感觉评分、PRI情绪评分、总分、现时疼痛强度(PPI)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针灸推拿联合康复训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果好,可显著改善患者病情,减轻疼痛,值得在临床使用.
Objective To analyze the effects of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 72 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to July 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the odd and even numbers.The control group received rehabilitation training,and the observation group combined acupuncture and massage therapy on the basis of the control.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 72.22%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain relief time,numbness relief time,and dysfunction relief time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's painrating inchex(PRI)sensory score,PRI mood score,PRI total score,present pain intensity(PPI)score,and visual analogue scale(VAS)score were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training are effective in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.It can significantly improve the patient's condition and relieve pain.It is worthy of clinical use.
