摘要
目的:探讨中医针灸推拿加牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果.方法:收治的58例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组(29例)和观察组(29例).牵引治疗对照组,采用中医针灸推拿加牵引方案来治疗观察组.观察两组的疗效并进行对比.结果:观察组治疗总有效率要明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:中医针灸推拿加牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症,能够显著提高治疗成效,改善患者的生活质量,因此具有很好的临床推广价值.
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and massage plus traction on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:The hospital selected 58 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated as the research object.These patients were divided into 29 cases in the control group and 29 cases in the observation group.They were classified by random number table method.The traction treatment control group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and massage plus traction scheme to treat the observation group.Observe the effects of the two groups and compare them.Results:the observation group is significantly higher than the control group in terms of the total effective rate of treatment.Comparing with statistical methods can find that the difference between the two groups is obvious,And P<0.05,indicating statistical significance.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and massage plus traction for lumbar disc herniation can significantly improve the treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients,so it has good clinical promotion value.
