摘要
目的探究益痹汤联合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床价值,旨在帮助患者恢复健康。方法选取医院2019年1月—2020年2月收治的104例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,予以对照组患者(52例)常规西医治疗,予以观察组患者(52例)常规西医治疗结合益痹汤及针灸治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后患者腰椎关节活动度变化、腰椎功能障碍评分(Oswestry功能障碍指数,ODI)变化、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA评分)变化及McGill疼痛量表评分变化、匹兹堡睡眠指数评分(PSQI)变化、治疗前后患者5-羟色胺(5-HT)及血清前列腺素E2(PGE2)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平变化、患者不良反应情况及患者满意率情况。结果观察组有效率高达98.08%(51/52)显著高于对照组(86.54%,45/52)(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者腰椎关节活动度、腰椎功能障碍评分、JOA评分、McGill疼痛量表评分、PSQI评分、5-HT及PGE2、SOD水平比较(P>0.05),治疗后各组患者腰椎关节活动度、腰椎功能障碍评分、JOA评分、McGill疼痛量表评分、PSQI评分、5-HT及PGE2、SOD水平均改善,观察组患者治疗后腰椎关节活动度、腰椎功能障碍评分、JOA评分、McGill疼痛量表评分、PSQI评分、5-HT及PGE2、SOD水平等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗过程中出现1例乏力,对照组出现1例恶心,1例头晕,P>0.05;观察组患者满意率为96.15%(50/52),高于对照组(80.77%,42/52)(P<0.05)。结论益痹汤联合针灸干预可显著提升腰椎间盘突出症患者疗效,改善患者症状,缓解患者疼痛,不良反应少,安全可靠,患者睡眠质量改善,患者满意度高,具有临床应用价值及推广意义。
Objective To explore the clinical value of Yibi Decoction(益痹汤)combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,in order to help patients recover.Methods In the hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 patients,104 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were as the research objects.By taking a random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group.The control group(52 cases)were treated with routine western medicine treatment and the observation group(52 cases)were treated with routine western medicine treatment and acupuncture treatment combined with Yibi Decoction.The clinical treatment,lumbar spinal motion changes,lumbar dysfunction score(Oswestry disability index,ODI)change,the Japanese orthopaedic association assessment score(JOA score)change and McGill pain rating scale score(PSQI),Pittsburgh sleep index changes,serotonin(5-HT),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels change before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.The adverse reactions and patients satisfaction were observed and compared.Results The effective rate in the observation group(98.08%,51/52)was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.54%,45/52)(P<0.05).Before treatment,two groups'lumbar spinal motion,lumbar dysfunction score,JOA score,McGill pain rating scale,PSQI score,5-HT and PGE2 and SOD were not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the lumbar spinal motion,lumbar dysfunction score,JOA score,McGill pain rating scale,PSQI score,5-HT,PGE2 and SOD were improved.And those in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,1 patient had fatigue during treatment,while in the control group,1 patient had nausea and 1 patient had dizziness,and there was no significance(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 96.15%(50/52),significantly higher than 80.77%(42/52)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yibi Decoction combined with acupuncture intervention can significantly improve the efficacy of patients with lumbar disc herniation and their symptoms and relieve their pain with few adverse reactions.The treatment is safe and reliable,and can improve the quality of sleep.It has high patients'satisfaction and clinical application value,worthy of promoting.
